    "Normally we use our own cars for transportation. Taxi, Uber, and Lyft are available, too. People could walk around, too. There are lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, etc. that you can actually walk to, if you want."

    "mostly hispanic neighbors, half of them can only speak in broken English, but they are all very nice and helpful and non-judgmental. family values, parks, family owned taquerias, home owners really seem to be proud of their houses and put a lot of effort into upkeep and renovations (save for a few white trash homes!)
