I'm currently an educator here at Liberty for 10+ years. Most parents are a pleasure to work with. Most understand that a child's education IS a TEAM effort, not a solo job or drop off daycare center. We as educators see the difference in students that come to school with a strong base of knowledge as opposed to those that lack in all senses. Most students care for their teachers, and are respectful towards us; Parents instill this value. We show up to work daily with a smile, a plan to teach, a heart to love, and a steady hand to lead each student we are entrusted with. We feel safe and welcome at Liberty Blvd. Elementary School year after year and it is our goal that our students feel as equally respected by peers and staff. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOut of the 3 schools in the complex i would say that steam is the most humble and beneficial school. It has many opportunities and keeps students engaged in what they’re learning. The majority of the teachers are communicative and overall the environment is very personable. The college counselors are extremely helpful and very immersed in the futures of their students, even if you don’t know what you’re going to do they open many more doors for you. I personally get the most out of their debate team, and have learned so much out of it in general. Being a small school, classes feel like families, furthering comfortability within the community. If there were any issues regarding the school, I wouldn’t feel the need to mention them because they get resolved in a timely matter. Overall, this school is very student friendly while keeping you informed on college and career choices and making sure you are doing your academic best.Student Review10mo ago

"Over the past few years, there has been an increase in the homeless population in the city. There are so many package thieves, it's not worth using Amazon unless you will be waiting outside. The streets aren't safe, and even your home isnt safe. Our family left for a week, only to find our home broken into. This includes many stolen car batteries, so it's not worth parking on the streets. Not to mention all of the car accidents in the area."
