About this House

Welcome home to the quintessential contemporary Colonial home built in 2005. Sited attractively well off the road on an almost 2 acre lot, its curb appeal is fabulous. Huge mature trees buffer the beautifully landscaped lot from the street. Deep green expansive lawns and well cared for gardens benefit from the irrigation system. The lovely yard backs up to deep woods. Distinctive architectural detail inside and out. The 2 car direct entry garage leads to a handy mud room with laundry and half bath then into a stunning upscale cherry kitchen. Open to the kitchen is the comfy fireplaced family room so essential to today's lifestyle. It leads to the large backyard via a deck. The dramatic 2 story foyer abuts the formal dining & living rooms. A huge master suite and 3 bedrooms complete the 2nd floor. Recently freshly painted interior and new wall to wall carpeting make this gem move in ready. "I grew up on Mashpee-Wakeby Lake in the summers and now live here full-time. It is total paradise all year long. I love the lake and waking up in the morning to it and see the trees through my skylights. I love to hear the birds singing and see the swans on the lake. It is heaven. And there is so much to do in the area - there is Mashpee Commons and South Cape Village, with their shops and restaurants, and the local library that has just been built - gorgeous - and theaters and movie houses.
