Tile and wood floors throughout. No carpet. Washer and dryer hookups and central heat and air. Great neighborhood for evening walks or ride your bike to downtown Eustis and see the lakefront park. Lots of festivals in Eustis and Mount Dora. Both are 5 or less minutes away by car.

A year's lease with ability to renew, tenant pays for all utilities and takes care of the lawn. $350 pet fee. No monthly pet fee. Please no aggressive dog breeds due to insurance regulations. No pittbulls, Rottweilers , Dobermans or German shepherds.

Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
