About this House

Nice Presley home in desirable area.all new carpet throughout. This home has a formal living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room also a huge family room with a nice second fireplace. the kitchen is open with plenty of cabinets and an all electric kitchen. There is a nice enclosed patio room as well open to the private back yard. the front and back are landscaped with rock and palm trees and some fruit trees. There is a canal behind the home for no neighbors behind. There are three large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an attached 2 car garage. You have to be 55 years or older to live here but any age can purchase . This is a great community as well and Sun City recently was annexed in to the brand new city of Menifee for close shopping and other amenities
