Beautiful home located in the SE Amarillo area close by Caprock High, 3 bdr 1 1/2 bath, 2 living areas, Fence in back yard and carport. This home will be available coming up in April, tours will be scheduled on the 1st. M-F 9-4, if you are interested in touring this home, please call or text me to add you to our tour list. We are pet friendly and have a $250 nonrefundable fee and $25 added monthly. We do not accept 3rd party payment such as HUD or PCS. We do charge $35 application fee nonrefundable when you are ready to apply and we do take applications to get the home preleased and the deposit does hold it until move in. Deposit it paid in person to avoid scams so no online payments for deposits only the application fee and that's when you are going to apply for our homes.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
