Wonderful home ready for move in. Nicely updated throughout. Kitchen is beautiful with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinets. There is a utility room off the kitchen as well. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that have been nicely updated with granite as well. Master bedroom is downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a hall bathroom upstairs. Nice open floorplan with a dining area between the kitchen and family room. Home has been recently painted with newer carpet and flooring. 2 car carport located in the rear with a gate. Wonderful location close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and DFW airport. Grapevine Colleyville ISD.

Tenant pays all utilities and lawn care. No smoking. Please send TAR application. $50 per application. Application required for each adult over 18 years old. Send a copy of driver license. 3 most recent pay stubs. Tenant must maintain renters insurance and provide a copy before move in. Pets are on a case by case basis with the landlord making the final decision. Tenants will be required to get a mailbox key through USPS in Euless.
