"If you live off candler (as I do)....you can Occasionally you hear gun shots- whether it’s a mile or 4 miles away. But for be alarmed-I’ve lived in this area for almost 10 years and I feel safe enough to run/walk through my neighborhood . My neighbors are great and their kids are always playing outside together. "

"I love the walkability of the neighborhood to both the Oakhurst Center (Decatur) and the new 2nd and Hosea development of restaurants and retail. It's very friends (I know 75% of the neighbors on my street) and provides easy access to other neighborhoods and transportation (connector, airport, etc.). It's a great mix of old and new (people and homes)."
