The Condo

The very large 24 by 16 living and dining room with beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors has a 12' window and access to an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy a coffee, glass of wine, or bite to eat. The kitchen is well appointed with generous storage in cabinetry and premium appliances throughout: Bosch stovetop; Flugor Milan oven; Kitchenaide fridge, and Bosch dishwasher.

The entry hall leads to the two bedrooms. The very large master bedroom can comfortably accommodate any bedroom set with ease. The master has an en suite bathroom with a large shower. There is plenty of closet space thanks to the custom built-in 'California Closets cabinets and hangers. Finally, the Master bedroom has a Bosch washer and dryer in a separate closet. The second bedroom is generously sized and also has built-in 'California Closets cabinets and hangers that provide plenty of closet space. The second bathroom is located directly across the hall from the bedroom.

The condo has air conditioning and central heating (forced air) controlled by a Nest smart thermostat. There are premium faucets and shower heads throughout (Kohler, Moen, Grohe, and Speakman). There is plenty of storage space in the condo too There is a linen closet in the hallway, as well as a large utility closet for storage and additional storage space in the basement. The condo has one parking space in the gated garage, and plenty of free street parking too.

The Community
There is a rooftop patio with BBQ that is great for hosting parties or just having a quite glass of wine while enjoying the astonishing views of the city and bay - especially sunsets and night time fireworks. You will enjoy the friendly neighbors as well as a well maintained building thanks to an active HOA. There is a wide variety of high quality dining in the area, including Mister A s, Cucina Urbana, Hane Sushi, Bankers Hill Bar & Restaurant, Hachi Ramen, and The Prado at Balboa Park. You will not be short of great coffee shops with James Coffee, West Bean Coffee, and Starbucks all within a few blocks.
