This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex has a lot renovated. Very easy and quick drive to Vance Air Force Base! 1/2 a block from fire station 3 and 1/2 block from Jumbo's on 30th street. Northern Oklahoma College is 1 street south of this unit, so it is within walking distance.

This duplex unit has newer laminate flooring in both bedrooms, new countertops and backsplash in kitchen, NEW WINDOWS and siding, new bedroom and bathroom doors, new kitchen faucet, new ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom, new wall outlets and covers, new security lights in front and back, new paint throughout inside, refinished tub/shower with new large space shower curtain rod. The outside of the unit was just painted. Very thorough/clean unit. Have to see to appreciate all the money put into it. This unit is ready to show NOW. Applications can be emailed. This unit has WASHER and DRYER included with the unit. With the new windows and siding the electric bill is currently showing at least $20 less per month compared to previous tenants. This unit also has central gas heat and air condition throughout. Landlord takes care of mowing the yard, so you will NEVER MOW THE YARD! Also there is off-street parking for 2 spaces if you park behind your own car. This unit has washer and dryer included in the unit. Sorry NO PETS at this time. The yard does not have a fence. NON-smoking tenants only.
