Double pane windows to keep the noise to a minimum. Large living room with a TV so you could binge-watch your shows. Chores are to be completed twice a month. Theres a $30 non-refundable application fee that covers a background check. Proof of vaccination and a government issued ID are both required. No bikes allowed on inside the home. No smoking in or outside the property. No parking available on the property. Street parking is fairly easy to find.

    "I lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. Since it's just south of the UC Berkeley campus, there is a lot of foot traffic and noise when school is in session. Mostly students live in this neighborhood but there are a ton of homeless people lying on the sidewalks and they can get pretty aggressive. Plenty of cheap restaurants catering to students as well."
