This home is cozy and cute. For a compact home it has two beds and two baths. Big balcony patio.

I understand current renter will move out 8/15. Can't show home until renter has moved.

Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant takes care of yard and snow. One month rent deposit. Well behaved dogs may be considered. No smoking or any drug use allowed.

 Happy to have someone enjoy this space! Can help to furnish it if desired. May be extra charge for that depending on what is needed.

Stairs now have railings, but pictures were taken before that. Also updated tile in bathroom and flooring in downstairs room.

I list that can show property at any time, but I'll need to put in my schedule or in my Assistant's schedule.

    "I lived and worked in the area for 8 years and loved every minute of it. Great community, wonderful theatre (Capitol Civic Center), great symphony and wind ensamble, music almost every week at Washington park, great kite festival, ethinic festival, car show, harvest festival in Two Rivers and much more. There is a great 7 mile bike trail from Two Rivers to Manitowoc that goes all along lake michigan, looks and feels like living by the ocean, great farmers market with many vendors, so much fun in the summer. I miss this town. Anyone moving here will not be disappointed. Small town living with so much to offer. I was truely sad when we moved away."
