  • Beverly Wanza
"They would like sidewalks to walk their dogs, otherwise I think they would really like it here. It’s pretty quiet. I don’t see a lot of people walking their dogs."
  • Alexandra L.
"there are plenty of fast food restaurants near by and we are 15 minutes between both the parks mall and hulen mall. there is a walmart less than 1p minutes away and a grocery store about 5 minutes away. "
  • Faith.garcia52799
"People don’t pick up after their dogs. Strays everywhere. I rarely see anyone walking their dog. Maybe not the best for dog owners "
  • Lrg.85
"Taxes have doubled in the last 10 years with no significant improvements to the neighborhood. People keep to themselves. "
  • Jessica W.
"I've lived in this area for over 2 years and it's unique in that we are in the city but far enough removed from the madness. "
  • Jessica W.
"I never see anyone walking their dogs in my neighborhood. I hear a lot of dogs and see alot of strays."
  • Jessica W.
"Nothing really. There are alot of Hispanics so depending on your neighbors they can be very welcoming. My neighbors invite us to birthday parties and all that even though we have never in 2 years talked cuz of the language barrier, yet we still go every year to all her parties. "
  • Jara
"The school district sucks, teachers neglect the kids in a way that they don’t let them go to the restroom and kids will dirty themselves. Also will get engaged with drugs and/or alcohol and principals won’t do anything about it. All they care about is the reputation of the school. "
  • Laura D.
"Its pretty diverse. Everyone kinda stays to their selves. All and all its not a bad place to live. Thats about all i can say."
  • Kellyanne2012
"The local churches throw several community events including back to school events and fall festivals. There is also a community group that meet quarterly to discuss things going on in the neighborhood. "
  • Lolitha H.
"This is a place where if your from here okay.... if not then don’t consider it as an option. Definitely not worth it"
  • Crystal B.
"Watch your kids while they're playing out in the front of your home. People tend to speed down the neighborhood blocks."
  • Timmonscherry0809
"friendly neighborhood convienant to work and shopping great school district all my children graduated from everyman isd"
  • Laura_zapata927
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for about 5 years, and things are getting a lot better. There are more people walking their dogs, kids playing on the streets. I love this neighborhood! The neighbors are friendly and we often interact with one another. I wouldn’t leave this place for anything else. It’s homey, and calm without the high prices and still close to downtown. There’s always something to do. Definitely community driven."
  • Laura_zapata927
"I’ve lived here for 4 years. I love our neighborhood, it’s peaceful and quiet. There are more houses being built. "
  • Yahaira V.
"I lived in the neighborhood in the past & recently moved back into the same house a few months ago. My neighbors have always been friendly. Area is quiet with the occational party on a weekend. Not many kids running around. Everyone just does their own thing. "
  • Justincreates
"Crack heads walking down the middle of the road as if they're invincible, and people having furniture in the front yard to hang out in like it's a living room. It's tacky and it makes the neighborhood look like Detroit."
