Property features a living room with two story ceilings, one bedroom and full bath downstairs. Master bedroom upstairs with private bathroom, second bedroom upstairs with a full bath in the hallway. Small enclosed backyard patio and a separate wetroom/laundry room. Two reserved parking spaces by entry.

Location is within walking distance of Market Street grocery store, Amarillo National bank and Wolflin Shopping Center.

Renter is responsible for all for the cost, hookup, and maintenance of all utilities and services. This includes, but is not limited to: electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash collection, internet, cable, lawn care and telephone services. No smoking allowed within the premises. Pets will require a $400 non-refundable deposit. All pets, including service animals, must be non-aggressive and know basic commands (sit, stay, quiet, recall), house trained and fixed(spayed/neutered.

Application fee is $60 for background, credit check and income verification report and is directly paid for by applicant. Any occupant over 18 years of age will require a background check which is $40.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
