About this House

REDUCED RENT FROM $1500 TO $1400 PER MONTH FOR MARCH 1ST MOVE IN -
Amazing remodeled Industrial/modern 1 bedroom apartment in 3 unit Victorian home with Central Air Conditioning. Short walk to the Botanical Gardens, City Park, and Cheesman Park. No money was spared in this complete renovation! Granite countertops, hardwood floors, ceramic tiles in bathroom and kitchen, solid wood doors, top of the line kitchen cabinets and all top of the line appliances including a Bosch dishwasher and a microwave. Every window has wood blinds that match the alder doors and trim. The bedroom is a fairly large loft with a ceiling fan and lots of lighting. There is a private entrance to the apartment in addition to the main entrance through the foyer in the front. A private deck off the kitchen faces south west and has nice sun for some plants or just hanging. The apartment has a new furnace and central air conditioner which is controlled in the apartment. There are 2 new washers and dryers in the basement which are shared with the other 2 apartments in the house. There is a locked extra storage closet in the garage. This is one of the best neighborhoods to live in Denver and is a great block with all the restaurants, small grocery store, hardware store, and coffee shop across the street. You are very close to all the music venues on Colfax. We allow animals, a dog or cat is fine. There is one off street parking spot for this apartment. Call with questions. Text or email me to set up a time to see the apartment.

Tenant pays Electric and Gas (Central A/C) We do not charge any application fees, credit checking fees, or any pet fees. FYI: Its a full size kitchen but the living room is small but the bedroom is pretty big. Its a really nice place and a great neighborhood.

  • Madison Hargis
"Family friendly community that feels very safe even off of big cross streets. I have seen streets blocked off for block parties on multiple occasions, and everybody is respectful."
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, clean, and safe. This feels like a suburb in the middle of the city!"
  • Trulia User
"Cute family oriented neighborhood that has two different strips of restaurants/ coffee shops as well as hardware and convenience stores. "
  • Trulia User
"Great access to buses. The bus off colfax is a little sketchy sometimes, but it runs constantly and late into the night, so that’s helpful. "
  • Trulia User
"Family heavy neighborhood that is full of sidewalks and handful of food options. Walkability is great in all directions "
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 13 years and love it. Very family friendly, residential, but so close to city center. "

"Plenty of pups! I walk around and have never had an awkward interaction or felt as if the animal was aggressive. Congress Park dogs make me consider adopting!"

"I’ve lived here for a few years now I love it..........................................................................."
  • Bete.noire+trulia
"THE BOTANICAL GARDENS ARE THE WORST BUSINESS CITIZEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN GARAGE WITH DOOR, THE GARDENS' PARKING IS COMPLETELY INADEQUATE AND THEY DO NOT GIVE TWO TUGS ABOUT INCONVENIENCING THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH SWARMS OF SUBURBANITES AS LONG AS THEY MAKE A BUCK! NOR DO THEY COMPENSATE LOCAL RESIDENTS WITH SO MUCH AS A COURTESY DISCOUNT FOR DISRUPTING OUR PEACE. AVOID!"
  • Lauren V.
"There are families in the area. The neighborhood feels safe and has schools nearby. There are parks everywhere, which is a bonus."
  • Sfnic
"Lots of art and music festivals. Great restaurants. Parks. Bars and coffee shops. It’s all within walking distance!"

"Easy access to buses as well as bike lanes and major thoroughfares, and no more than 10 minutes to downtown."
  • Sam H.
"Amazing in every way ;) so walkable. Tons of character. Good people. Rec center. Park. Just the best. "
  • Monica
"It’s a nice easy place to live and Colorado Blvd traffic just sucks worse and worse every week. Walkable. "
