- THE APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BEFORE SCHEDULING A TOUR OF THE APARTMENT. Tours are only available once receiving a FULL application and is approved. Tour hours are only available Monday - Fridays only.

THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE OR BROKERS FEE. THIS APARTMENT IS BEING RENTED OUT BY THE OWNER.

In the event that your application is approved and you choose to proceed with the apartment, the following payments will be required:
- First Month's Rent
- Security Deposit equivalent to the monthly rental amount

The apartment is available for occupancy. Please contact Carolyn to request an application. Office hours are from 9AM - 4:30PM. You may email, or call Carolyn at anytime. Leave a message if we are not available so that she may call you back.

Owner will be responsible for water expenses. Renter will be responsible for the costs of gas and electric utilities. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the property.

Driveway parking is currently not available.

Upon acceptance of the application, the first month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required. Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments received after the fifth of the month will be considered late, and late fees may be applied. Repeated instances of late payment may result in eviction proceedings.

The tenancy will be governed by a verbal month-to-month lease agreement. The tenant is expected to maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the property, promptly inform the landlord of any necessary repairs, and comply with all established property rules and regulations. Landlords reserve the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs.
