Downfall is no nearby parks or pools and you can’t really walk to grocery stores if you need to, too far, about 1 mile away to closest one. Nice neighborhood restaurants and bars, kid friendly. "Friendly quiet town just west of the city. In summer lots of activities to do. Great restaurants and bars down lake. A great place to raise a family."
