Unfinished basement has plenty of storage space with front loading, high-efficiency washer dryer included. This house has a front porch and plenty of gravel parking. Note: carport pictured was removed; now more sunlight in the kitchen! Best of all, a HUGE yard that is completely fenced in with privacy fencing. Large garden area in front yard that you are welcome to use.

Pet friendly with a maximum of three pets (no cats please). Tenant is responsible for utilities and yard maintenance.
