The traditional white pine paneling interior harks back to a simpler time and the exterior is sided with western red ceder to give a log cabin appearance. Sit on the lovely screen porch or the deck by the water and enjoy the long distance views to Red Hill, the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains, Mount Chorouca, Castle in the Clouds and the Ossipee Mountain Range. The water at the end of the dock is deep enough to dive into, yet shallow enough at the start of the dock for youngsters to climb down the ladder into the water. From the camp, one can watch the Mount Washington pass by daily, often with band music discernible. The camp, originally the dining hall of the Alvord Wildlife Sanctuary until it was sold and became a private residence, still has some of the original signs on display. Showings are delayed until 4/10/2020
