Downstairs has a convenient ohana unit with 2 beds, 1 bath. Ohana unit is connected through the car port with a door leading out to the backyard for your enjoyment. The car port can comfortably fit two vehicles and also features a washer and dryer. All appliances were purchased brand new in the last year. Landlord will help with appliance repairs but will not be responsible to replace appliances if non-repairable.
This home is perfect for a family with children since the home features a spacious backyard gated with a large playground. Yard has many fruit trees! Including banana trees and soursop. Gorgeous hibiscus flowers, amaryllis, cucumbers, and other various plants are planted for those to enjoy who love to garden! Upstairs kitchen was recently remodeled and features fresh paint, a brand new stove, dishwasher, and fridge as well as added countertop and cabinet space!

Tenants will enjoy the convenience of being only 10 minutes from downtown Hilo. Only a 5 minute walk from the Papaikou post office, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Kalanianaole Elementary/Intermediate School! There are many close beaches nearby including Mill beach (a 15 minute walk) and Honolii (a 5 minute drive).

There is one window cooling unit in one of the rooms downstairs. You have the option to install your own a/c units in the other rooms with landlords prior approval. Bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans.

12 month lease minimum. Tenant must make at least 2.5x the monthly rent to be considered. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

Must be willing to undergo a background check and show proof of income. Must have at least 2.5x the amount of the price of rent in monthly income to qualify. This can include up to two adults monthly income.

12 month lease required. Will offer a longer lease for those interested. Credit score must be 660 or above. Excellent rental history and references required.
