Downstairs has a convenient ohana unit with 2 beds, 1 bath. Ohana unit is connected through the car port with a door leading out to the backyard for your enjoyment. The car port can comfortably fit two vehicles and also features a washer and dryer. All appliances were purchased brand new in the last year. Landlord will help with appliance repairs but will not be responsible to replace appliances if non-repairable.
This home is perfect for a family with children since the home features a spacious backyard gated with a large playground. Yard has many fruit trees! Including banana trees and soursop. Gorgeous hibiscus flowers, amaryllis, cucumbers, and other various plants are planted for those to enjoy who love to garden!
