Georgeous Chalet on a five acre bluff lot. There is a building pad on the lot for a second home. The second home would have a fantastic view up the Matanuska Valley. The chalet has a great view of the Talkeetna Mountains. This is a great spot at the end of Kates Drive. About a 35 minute commute from Anchorage, close to Walmart and the Hospital but still that Alaskan Feel!

    "Some dogs are escape artists and run the street, pooping in other peoples yards. The owners don’t bother to try to clean up. It’s too woodsy. Most people are very respectful with their animals. Walking them on leash and making sure they aren’t causing others problems."

    "It’s super far away from everything. We are way out in the boondocks. Not a great place for a commuter, but still a lovely place to live. Settlers Bay is a beautiful high-end neighborhood but KGB is a very dangerous road. The state plans on putting more funding into making the road safer, so in the future it won’t be so bad. "
