The French doors lead you out to the backyard with a two-hole putting green, deck with a conversation set seating and a Balinese palapa to lounge in. The home has one (1) bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser and has a bonus second room that can be used as a bedroom/guest room with a queen bed (currently used as a guest room) or as an office.
There are two (2) full bathrooms (*note the primary bedroom bathroom is small), a washer and dryer, and parking in the driveway. This is a perfect rental for a low-key couple or a professional.
The location of the home is perfectly situated, less than two miles to the beach and two miles to major shopping. And there is an awesome walking trail nearby.
*The house is available to rent starting February 1st, 2026 - June 1st and comes partially furnished. 30 day minimum rental.
*Limited storage, NO garage.
