The Zen Den is a cozy relaxing oasis, the perfect getaway for those seeking a tranquil one-level furnished home to rent in North County, San Diego. Located off Encinitas Boulevard, just East of the 5, Coneflower Street.
The open concept kitchen and front living room boast beautiful natural light and offer a spacious kitchen island and a cozy kitchen nook as well. There is a dining room that leads into the large great room/TV room where a comfy couch, tv, and small office space await you.
The French doors lead you out to the backyard with a two-hole putting green, deck with a conversation set seating and a Balinese palapa to lounge in. The home has one (1) bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser and has a bonus second room that can be used as a bedroom/guest room with a queen bed (currently used as a guest room) or as an office.
There are two (2) full bathrooms (*note the primary bedroom bathroom is small), a washer and dryer, and parking in the driveway. This is a perfect rental for a low-key couple or a professional.

The location of the home is perfectly situated, less than two miles to the beach and two miles to major shopping. And there is an awesome walking trail nearby.

*The house is available to rent starting February 1st, 2026 - June 1st and comes partially furnished. 30 day minimum rental.

*Limited storage, NO garage.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
