Conveniently located just a short walk from the convocation center and numerous restaurants, Tristen Place is a quaint complex perfect for students and professionals alike. These apartments offer a 4bd/2ba floor plan. Inside the red door, find new grey luxury vinyl plank floors, a spacious living/dining area, and cozy kitchen. Units include ceiling fans, plenty of natural light, and modern grey walls. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer are included in the rent as an added amenity!

Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.

4-bedroom units are individually leased by-the-bed. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

There is a one-time non-refundable application fee per applicant over the age of 18 that covers the cost of a background check. All inquiries are processed in the order received.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
