Landlord requires first, last month and deposit amount ($5,400 total) to be paid on first day of move-in. Renter sets up & pays all utilities directly. Renter performs all yard maintenance and snow removal with their own equipment. Internet is available via direct tower, satellite or mobile hotspot. Renter is responsible for monthly fees. Renter will have all carpets cleaned by commercial steamer or equivalent professional carpet cleaner and mop all hard-surface floors at the end of lease. No Cats. 1 dog under 40 lbs.

We appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood. It is generally very safe although there are places to avoid due to the occupants. We lock our doors and I don’t let my elementary school son walk alone around the block for safety, but I am a cautious person. It’s a busy, but quiet neighborhood. "
