Room Description

I'm renting a private bedroom/bath in my home on Foothill Drive in Vista and a second bedroom to another renter. The private bedroom/bath has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. I plan to rent the second bedroom to another male renter. I have the third bedroom. There is shared access to the other rooms and bathroom in the house. My home is on a half acre lot in Vista, CA. It has a beautiful fenced in backyard and nice front yard with off-street parking.

    "Super close to the transit station, and Vista Village is beautiful. There’s a nice little trail and stream with ducks all over it near the water park and it’s a nice stroll if you like taking the scenic route. The view from the top of the hill at the apartment complex is to die for."
