About this House

Live right in the village of Carlsbad, stroll to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. If you like tiny house living with a great outdoor space you'll love this little dwelling.
It is like living in a mountain cabin, but in walking distance to the beach. The studio walls are lined with knotty pine. Great patio space that is completely private and fenced. This unit is completely separate and not connected to any other building. It is on a lot with three other small cottages. Near restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, art and theatre. Offstreet parking. Well behaved pets ok. Security deposit $1800.. Pet security deposit for a cat $400. We do not accept Zillow applications. We have our own process.

LS Criteria to rent:
1 FICO Credit score of 700
2 income of three times the rent( One year history) No more than 2 people to make the income.
3 Verifiable Rental history for one year without late rent, property damage or problems with other tenants or other people on the property.
4. Monthly Obligations or payments not more than 10% of gross income
5. We do not accept co-signers
6. No exceptions for credit score. It must be a FICO score.

Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for gas and electric and Internet.
