About this House

This is a remodeled one bed room unit in a 4 plex in the Hayden Bridge neighborhood of Springfield. It sits on a 3 acre lot so it feels like living in the country even though you are one mile from Walmart and Jerry's on Mohawk. Albertsons is less than a mile away along with a laundry mat on Marcola Road. The heat pump is 2 years old. The windows and roof have also been replaced in the last 3 years. It is a very cozy and convenient place to rent. This unit is on the end of the 4 plex so more private as well. Tours will be prioritized to those who have submitted an application. We usually get several people who apply within the first few weeks so if a tour is requested and you have not submitted an application, you probably will be down the list to view the property by 3 weeks or so and we might decide on a tenant by then.     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
