Appliances Included are: Electric Stove, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator (no owner warranty). Washer and Dryer hookups available; Dryer hookup is Electric (tenant will need to supply their own units).

Landscaper is included with rent but the ultimate responsibility of proper irrigation of landscaping and upkeep and oversight of landscaper and their due diligence will be that of the tenant during the lease.
