This is a really neat property. It is off of Kimberly Road in a commercial location, however, the home is fairly fair back from the road. It has plenty of shade trees and 2 AC window units for tenants to use. Owner is asking for 6 month lease, with the option to sign a one year after the 6 months.

Up to two pets will be allowed, with an additional monthly pet rent TBD and a one time, non-refundable fee of $200 per pet. Please ask if you have any specific questions.
