Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Whole Foods, 29th St. markets, and a 15-minute bike ride to Downtown Pearl St. and the University. We even provide two cruiser bikes so you can get around like a local! Ideal for parents visiting CU, or exploring the Rocky Mountains. Digital nomads and remote workers will find this house the perfect place to stay connected from a sweet residential neighborhood in a lively town.

Renter pays only monthly rent and $400 deposit.. everything else is paid for!

Fully furnished, high speed internet, smart tv's, all utilities, etc.

No need to transfer billing or anything- just bring your suitcase and move in!

Looking for month-to-month lease with flexibility. Roughly three months seems right, but open to variable dates and time periods. Just need a couple weeks notice.
