Also the Discovery park is within walking distance (less than a mile) from the house. The community tot lot with slides for kids, basketball court, volleyball court and the green field are just opposite to this house. Access to loop 202 is less than half a mile.

Inside the house, majestic staircase leads to upstairs bedrooms. Upgraded appliances, large walk in pantry and large island with breakfast bar. Large master suite with walk in closet, double sinks, separate tub and shower. Spacious loft/media room with closet which could be used as 6th bedroom. Full bedroom and Bathroom on first level; other bedrooms are upstairs. All upstairs bedrooms open to the foyer giving the feeling of a much larger house. 9ft ceiling in both floors. 1st floor is all tiles and the upstairs floor is engineered wood.

3 car tandem garage.

Owner will do one year lease with one month rent of $3800 as security deposit. The security deposit and 1st month's rent is due when the prospective tenant confirms the house. Earning should be approximately 3x of the rent.

No pet; if tenant wants, the yard maintenance could be taken care of by the owner for an additional $100/month fee.
