About this House

This is a cute 1950s Florida bungalow with a BIG backyard! The inside has been freshly painted, the floors have been refinished, the appliances are newer, the bathroom has been updated, and there is an outside porch with a roof so you are able to enjoy eating outdoors. The driveway is big enough to easily accommodate two cars. There is also a carpet. The half bath is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The location is fantastic! SODO is literally up the street! This area is called the Hourglass District. There is so much to do within five minutes from this home! Shopping is plentiful with Publix and Target close by. It is easy to get to the airport or any of the major highways. Lawn maintenance and wifi are included in the rent!

The owner allows small pets but there is a $300 nonrefundable deposit and possibly a $50 a month increase in rent. Basic lawn care and wifi are included. We also require a minimum credit score of 675.
