Kitchenette: microwave/oven combo, refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal. No stove, but landlord will provide countertop stove w/ 2 burners.
Stackable washer and dryer included.
Bedroom is a good size with walk-in closet.
Central air/heat from main home with your own thermostat.
Utilities included. Tenant pays for internet. **The rental rate includes utility costs for up to one (1) occupant. For each additional occupant, a utility surcharge of $100. per person per month will apply to cover increased utility usage (including, but not limited to, water, electricity, and gas). This surcharge will be added to the monthly rent and is due at the same time as rent.
