The property has a 4 bedroom engineered septic already installed. 50 amp RV hook-up with water and sewer is on the south side of the building. Located at 8000' elevation. Annual taxes are only $1,779.12 and Road Maintenance Dues are $1,200 a year. The 35 acres consists of mostly mature ponderosa pine trees.
