The lawn, front and back is chemical free, herbs and berries grow, dandelions will grow as well, it's important to keep the lawn cut. Lawn service is negotiable if you're not the mowing/gardening type. I'm flexible with your personal needs, make it yours as much as possible as long as you're chemical free!
