The best part of this home is the peaceful neighborhood and location. Only five minutes from the highway and only a mile from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and more! When the weather is nice, kids play outside and neighbors enjoy each others' company. Plus, there is a playground for kids in the community. The private yard that is maintained by the HOA, so no more yard work!

Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities, absolutely no smoking, and pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Length of lease is negotiable and lease to own is also an option.
