"This is a terrible neighborhood. Expect to have drug paraphernalia tossed into your front yard and your patio furniture stolen. This neighborhood is wonderful during the day, but in the evenings, it is dangerous. It is not uncommon to find a stranger wandering through your backyard or shed. "

"Carlyle Place is unique in that it is isolated from everything due to its orientation but has, literally, 60sec access to the main highways of town. We don't live in a drivethrough neighborhood. "
