You will find it move in ready, fully furnished and equipped for your convenience. It is tastefully decorated with inspired touches that elevate the space. The Carriage House is 800 square feet and dates from the 1920's. It features a bedroom with a double sized antique four-poster bed, full bathroom with old-fashioned pedestal tub and shower, a living room with a work space, beautifully updated kitchen, a private screened-in porch with a gorgeous view of our Zen Gardens and much more!
We have an organic herb and veggie garden that tenants are welcome share in and participate in when in season, choosing fresh foods to add to their table. There is an outdoor fire pit area, ideal for star gazing that just can't be appreciated in the downtown lights. Our dedication to preserving nature is reflected in our certification as a Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation since 2007, and shown in all of our garden areas throughout the fully landscaped grounds.
We welcome business travelers wanting more than an efficiency apartment for stays of 6-12 months at a time, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of home. This space is ideal for one person needing executive housing.
The space includes all utilities, onsite laundry, hardwood floors, off street parking, wi-fi, ac/heat, coffee system, full size fridge, stove with oven.
The entire property is smoke-free.
Housekeeping, including fresh linens, dusting, sweeping, moping, etc. can be added on weekly, biweekly, or monthly as needed for an additional fee.

Property owner lives on the property and has been here since 1985.

6-12 months lease, first, last and deposit to move in - $6000.00. Utilities included, including Wi-fi. Fully furnished. Dedicated off street parking space. No smoking on property.
