Can we get a new principal? maybe a good one with good communication skills. One who is kind and welcoming. And one who isn’t a mean human to the little kids. One day I called in to say my child was throwing up so she will not be attending and this woman said to me oh so your letting her stay home and self diagnosing your child??? What kind of response is that. Not only that but the first day my child started here. She was so rude unwelcoming telling my daughter to go to her class all while I’m standing there with her waiting to get attended to tell her we are new here and it’s her first day… coming from a family of teachers and principals I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior. I feel so bad for any parents who have no other choice but to enroll their kids in this school. Also feel terrible for any staff members that have to work with that woman.

"We have so many community events usually held in our downtown area or in City Park. Most are free or low cost to attend. "

"I have lived here for 8 years. It is quiet, and walking distance to school. Great area to walk, jog, ride bikes. Always kids playing outside. Leash law for dogs. Decently sized lots, homes aren’t too close to each other. We have a neighborhood Facebook group so we can easily contact neighbors about mail/package mishaps, loose dogs, block parties or any questions and concerns. Close to town and close to a small grocery store when you don’t want to run all the way in town. Walking distance to the country club golf course. "

"Great place to live and relax. Far away from all forms of noise pollution. No overhead air routes, nearest heavily traveled road is miles away as is the nearest railroad. You can't hear anything but the birds and the fishing is great!"
