Nice sized single family one story home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk in closet in main bedroom and new shower head in shower. Ceiling fans throughout and a very large dining room with sliding glass door to backyard. Beautiful hard wood flooring in living room. Another sliding glass door on side of living room. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Lots of linen cabinets in hallway. 2 car garage.
Freshly painted and new HVAC system along with swamp cooler for your choice of how to cool down on the hot summer days.

Lease is for one year and the rent is $3,200 with a $3,200 security deposit. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Renter's insurance is required prior to moving in and proof of coverage needs to be presented to property manager. There is a strict no smoking of any substance in the house and if smoking outside please make sure to close the windows to avoid the smell to go into home.
