"It’s like a family here. Everyone knows your face and always greets you. There aren’t a lot of kids in the neighborhood but there are a lot of dogs. We do trick or treating parties for dogs and also do a neighborhood Easter egg hunt. It’s very nice!"

"The last affordable beach south of LA. Mission Beach has gone through a resugence and rebuild in the last decade. since outlawing alcohol on the beach it has become a family destination. With 5 miles of beach on the ocean and more on the bay the watersports are unlimited. there's also an extensive network of bike and walking paths. This is truly a great resort/vacation spot!"
