Second bedroom offers two twin beds and a full bathroom located just outside the hallway, with a combination shower/tub. Full laundry inside the unit for your convenience.

After a beautiful day at the beach, relax with a glass of wine on the huge wrap-around balcony facing the majestic Gulf Coast shore. Bay Harbor Club offers tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, grilling stations, large heated pool, hot tub, shuffle board and more! Enjoy watching dolphins, manatees and a large variety of exotic birds on the bayside preserve. Need kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or e-bikes for your adventure expedition? Please contact us for exact rates for monthly stays. All rates are subject to 11.5% tax, HOA application fee and departure cleaning fee. Availability and rates subject to change. No smoking allowed.

Under leadership of the previous principal the school received a grade A for 5 out of 7 years. With the current principal at the reigns, the school has never received an A, yet they are the 2nd highest paid principal in the district. This principal takes liberties that are not within her authority, yet the district provides no accountability. While the administration is terrible at this school, it is a product of the school board and district's example of zero accountability. Their office ladies are wonderful. The teachers my children had were also amazing. I heard such horrible things about this school prior to my kids going there. And they were all absolutely false. You get what you put in. Show up for your kids and be their biggest advocate. Their programs with in the school are amazing. My children loved the dance and the dance teacher. Three Oaks Elementary genuinely cares about their students and their families. You are always greeted in a positive manner and all staff is available to help in any way they can. I'm so grateful to the school and my sons teacher for working with me after a rough year at Bonita Charter. Bonita Charter was a nightmare and I didn't know school could be so amazing for me and my son. Also, my sons education is so much better at Three Oaks.
