Upstairs unit recently remodeled with double pane windows, quartz countertops, plank flooring and new appliances. Walk in closet. Shared double car garage with electric opener. Quiet seven unit building.

This unit is rented month-to-month, even though it says six month lease. I'm not interested in renting it for shorter than six months but I don't enforce it with a lease.
Tenant pays for gas and electricity. Landlord pays water, hot water, trash, and sewer.
