Most of the neighbors have also been in the area for over 10 years and a lot of us know each other and have seen each other’s family grow. The downtown and nightlife is about five minutes away they are you can find all types of restaurants art shows music shows dancing clubs and much more. They are also a variety of parks some with museums others with running/walking areas (dog friendly), kid play areas, fishing areas, basketball courts, even/show areas as well! "
