Water is paid by owner, but, if drought requires purchasing water for tank, occupants will pay their fare share. Occupants are responsible for trash disposal. Occupants will care for yard maintenance and adhere to Cal Fire requirements regarding wildland fire safety. If occupants use the wood stove, they will be required to have the chimney cleaned each season. Kindling being prepared for woodstove will be done outside on the front or back deck, not at the woodstove location.
