Huge dining area and a living room with wood stove. Laundry area set up for washer and electric dryer with cabinets overhead. Spend time with family and friends on the covered front or back deck. Fiber optic internet ready. Dog welcome. Fantastic setting for raising chickens, planting a garden, 4H Projects. Plenty of room for a horse. Great view of the Sierra Nevada. Located off Auberry Road near Marshall Station, 25 minutes to Clovis/Fresno. $2250 a month, for a one year lease. Less for a three to five year lease.

Occupants can have dogs (indoor or outdoor), cats (outdoors only), livestock is negotiable, great property for kids 4H projects. No smoking allowed in any buildings. Water is paid by owner, but, if drought requires purchasing water for tank, occupants will pay their fare share. Occupants are responsible for trash disposal. Occupants will care for yard maintenance and adhere to Cal Fire requirements regarding wildland fire safety. If occupants use the wood stove, they will be required to have the chimney cleaned each season. Kindling being prepared for woodstove will be done outside on the front or back deck, not at the woodstove location.

I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
