About this House

Adorable little lake house with view and half interest in a 4 year old CONCRETE DOCK with WET STEPS just a 1-2 minute golf cart ride away on a nice road. Located in a sweet little cove on year round deep water. Super easy access. Boat ramp located right across the cove. Selling mostly furnished! The cabin was structurally renovated in 2021 with a new metal roof, new tilt out windows, new underpinning, new exterior doors, new floors, new insulation, the bathroom refinished with new cabinetry, newly installed heat and central air unit-gas. In 2023 a underbelly was installed professionally to prevent mice and insects. It also received a cover for the side porch and a covered parking area for your golf cart. Inside is tastefully remodeled. In the past two years, all mattresses were replaced covers added and new linens have been used very rarely. It has a new Queen bed with a twin XL over it in the side room, the back room has a queen bed, the sofa bed has a new mattress also. We plan to leave most furnishings including the 2 year old stainless steel gas stove and stainless steel fridge. Utilities are super cheap here, OWNED freshly painted propane tank. Large Deck on Front with lake view. 2 year old 12x16 shed. This home is in one of the best subdivisions (Ken Haven), at Pomme de Terre Lake. It has a nice view of the lake. Super kind friendly people here including your dock buddy. Walking distance to great hunting opportunities on hundreds of acres of corps land. Subdivision fee is $150 per year for water and area maintenance. Short term rentals are allowed. Feel free to text us.

"I actually do not get involved in community events. I have plenty to do and plenty of crafting to keep me busy. Although I know a few people who attend community events. Southern Baptist Church has football games and I hear they are pretty popular within the community."
