Lessee will not use or permit any person to use the demised premises or any part thereof for any use or purpose in violation of the laws of the United States, the State of Texas, or ordinances of Austin,Texas. Lessee will keep the premises in a clean and wholesome condition and will comply at all times with all lawful health and public regulations and will keep the demised premises, the improvements thereon, and the area adjacent thereto in a safe, secure and attractive condition. Lessee understands that if he/she or any member of his/her family that is living in the home is arrested or accused of breaking
any laws, regulations, or ordinances of the City of Austin, the State of Texas, the United States, or any State in the United States, that said arrest will be considered a default of this Lease Agreement and the Lessor have the right to evict Lessee immediately.
