"I live in the Cane Bay Plantation area. It's a beautiful neighborhood, but there are a lot of aggressive, unfriendly people. There are also some really nice people. I just feel the unfriendly people are in the majority."

"We have lived here for 4 years. With just around 6,000 people this is considered a small town compared to where we used to live in NY. You can make a left turn on to the main street without getting hit by another car (this is a big thing for me)!! The schools are great and our kids do very well here. There are plenty of restaurants and about 1/2 are within a 10 minute walk from the house. The library is right behind us and we use it a lot. The people are very friendly and from what I can tell EVERYONE will say hello. We chose this area because of the way lower than average crime rate. Even though my husband works almost 40 miles away, living this far from his job is definitely worth it. "
