Available on 09/01/25, one year lease (09/01/25 to 08/31/25). $95 per room plus utilities, $1000/each person security deposit. Ether tenants are all UCR students.

This house is in a safe quiet neighborhood, neighbors expect tenants will maintain that same environment. Looking for tenants with no large/loud parties, no drugs, no loud music, no excess alcohol, no smoking, no dogs. If you are looking for a place to hold big parties, this is not for you.
