"We love Finley Farms so much that after living in FF South for over 10 years, we moved to FF North to be a little closer to the school and so that we could have a bigger property with a pool. We've lived in the newer house for about 15 years. Many of our neighbors have become extended family. "

"We’ve been here for 9 years and its pretty peaceful and not much traffic noise. You hear the train daily in the distance though its up against the neighborhood and they usually obey by not blowing horn close by. Farmers market is every weekend in downtown Gilbert plus theres plans to build more small retail as most places are restaurants. "

"There’s lots of kids on motorized bikes and small motorcycles in the neighborhood which is fine but some of the kids drive reckless and it can end dangerously for kids and pedestrians. Parents need to teach their kids to be more safety conscious. "

"I love spending time with neighbors and going to fun events. We love long conversations and backyard hang outs. "

"nicer than expected. everyone is super friendly everybody is polite and waves, they're not overly talkative. the kids are respectful they get out of the road when they see you coming. the HOA puts on community events and they're fun. I truly do like this neighborhood. "

"We moved in March 2021 to Gilbert, AZ and so far we like it. People are nice & friendly. What we don’t like is the crazy driving habits on side streets — like freeway driving — it’s risky and you hear accidents on the news each day!!! "
